Setting up your Company Information
When you login to your account, you can access your company information by hovering over your profile in the top right of the screen and clicking on 'Profile'. This will take you to a page where you can put in your business and billing information for the company (Especially useful if you trade under a different name to your Venue).
From here you can update the information and also add a company image for your business.
On the left hand side of the menu, you can now access the following area to check your billing information
Checking your Subscription/Billing Information
Click on this option on the side and then you can see your rolling subscription, payment status of your invoices and also download the PDF version of them. If you have any issues or disputes with this, please don't hesitate to contact us at Support@hostology.co.uk.
Updating your Payment details
There are two ways to update your card details:
- Call us and request for your card details to be manually updated on our side. Or, if your card has been declined, we can re-send the invoice where you can pay with a new card. This will then update the card automatically.
- Update your card details yourself by visiting this link.
Please never share your payment details online, we will not request for your card details over live chat or email for security so please use one of the above options.
