Food & Drink Supplements

You can now add supplements for specific food and drink items within menus to add an extra cost to the menu. 

This is an helpful feature, as it enables you to add extra amounts on top of menu prices for specific items. Therefore, if you have set menus, but want to charge guests more for picking certain items on the menu, you are able to do this, and it will automatically be shown in the budget.

To set it up, go to your venue section, then into the food & drink, and click on the three dots to edit the item and add a supplement.

Add the amount you want to add "Menu supplement price", this should be the extra amount you want to add on top of the menu price. For example, a £5 for the Black truffle & wild mushroom ravioloni.
Click on save and you'll be able to see the supplement price within the menu so you can keep track of which items have supplements.


Once you've added all the supplements in the venue side, you can add them to your events. 
 

To add them to your events head to the Food & Drink section and select your menu. Both you and your host will be able to see which item has the supplement, so your hosts are also are of the extra cost for that item.
