Add-ons

Add-ons are a way for you to add those extra details and costs to your event. It can be anything from a late license, to a fire pit, to cutlery rentals that you provide. Add-ons also have a running total in the top right of the screen. 
 

How to add an Add-on to my event?

Go to the add-ons page and you will see two tabs one for assigned add ons and one for available. All new events will have add ons automatically applied unless you've selected otherwise venue level. The add ons on the available side are not visible to the hosts. Here you can select the quantity and number of days for items priced per day, as well as set the quantity for items priced per item. 

The add ons assigned are automatically added to the budget and visible to the host. Any changes made to the add ons will be reflected in the budget. Once you select the quantity of the add ons, the running budget on the top of the page will change, as well as the total event budget. 

You can also set your add ons as view only, to allow your hosts to see them but not to select them. This give you and your team more control over the budget.
