Notifications

You receive notifications for any changes made to an event by other venue users as well as any changes that a host makes.

How to view notifications

Click on the notification bell on the top right of the screen. This will show you a list of all of your events on the left hand side that have notifications, with the unread ones at the top of the list.

How to view messages

Click on the speech bubble icon on the top right of the screen then select a conversation from the list on the left hand side of the screen.

How to create a new conversation

Once you have navigated to the messages page, click on '+ New'. You will then have the option to select which event you are messaging and the person you would like to message. 

Select the event, and person for the conversation.

You can then fill in the 'Subject' and 'Content' of your message and click on 'Create New Conversation'. This will send your message and create a thread to continue the conversation
